ACCIDENT INJURY REPORT: Woman Charged with Intoxication Assault After Family of 3 Struck by Car in Beaumont Neighborhood in Pedestrian Hit and Run

https://www.texasinjurylawyersblog.com/files/2020/08/Screen-Shot-2020-08-03-at-12.11.27-PM.pngJuly 29, 2020:  BEAUMONT, Texas — A 21-year-old Beaumont woman has been charged after police say the car she was driving struck two adults and a child in a west end Beaumont neighborhood Wednesday evening.

Kenlie Davis, 21, of Beaumont, was arrested near the scene and later charged with three counts each of intoxication assault and failure to stop and render aid according to a Thursday news release from the Beaumont Police Department. 

When officers arrived on the scene on Oak Trace Drive, they found the three victims in the street suffering from multiple injuries and the vehicle unoccupied in the grass nearby according to the release.

Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020:  LUBBOCK, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety released updated details Thursday evening on a deadly crash that happened just after 1:00 p.m.  Emergency crews responded to the crash along Highway 84 near County Road 7500 near the City of Slaton. DPS reported a pickup truck with a trailer driven by Thomas Henry Erskine Jr , 18, of Templeton, California. The pickup truck was going southeast on Highway 84. DPS said a Tahoe driven by Berta Arispe , 59, of Colorado City was going northwest on the highway. The pickup truck came upon a construction vehicle that was directing traffic over to the right lane for a construction company. ACCIDENT INJURY REPORT: Three People Killed in Two Vehicle Head-on Collision in Los Fresnos

Wednesday September 2, 2020 Cameron County :  The Texas Department of Public Safety continues to investigate a two-vehicle head-on collision that left three people dead, including two children. The accident happened at about 1:53 p.m. Wednesday September 2nd, on FM 803 North of St. Francis Street in Los Fresnos. Killed in the accident was Maria Guadalupe Zamora , 49, who died at the scene. Zamora’s grandchildren, Ariel Castillo , 2 and Reynaldo Alvarado , 6, both of Port Isabel, who were traveling with her, were transported to local hospitals where they later died, the DPS reported.
